Arrival Time/Free Play
|
Children may select toys, books, puzzles, etc. on their
own while I prepare breakfast.

7:30am - 8:30am
|
Breakfast Time
|
After free play, we wash our hands and eat our breakfast.

8:30am - 9:00am
|
Free Play
|
At this time, I play with the children, dress-up, doll
house, cars & trucks, etc. This helps the children to relax
and get comfortable before we begin our planned
activities.

9:00am - 10:00am
|
Circle Time
|
This includes such activities as ABC's and 123's, house
rules, manners, singing, colors and shapes, sharing,
calendar/weather, days of the week, months of the year,
dancing, visits from story lady, music teacher, sign
language lady or Travel Tots, etc.

10:00am - 10:30am
|
Table Time
|
We may play with play dough, puzzles, colors, help
prepare snacks, finger paints or craft projects.
|
10:30am - 11:00am
|
Morning Snack
|
After table time, we clean up, wash our hands and eat our
snacks.
|
11:00am - 12:00pm
|
Outside Play
|
Weather permitting, we will play outside. Depending on
the children; we may take a walk, color with sidewalk
chalk, ride outside toys, have a mini car wash, blow
bubbles, etc.

12:00pm - 1:00pm
|
Lunch Time/Free Play
|
Children may select toys, books, puzzles, etc. on their
own while I prepare lunch. At times they may even help
with the preparation of lunch.

1:00pm - 3:00pm
|
Story Time/Nap Time
|
Time for children to wind down and get ready for
quiet/nap time.

3:00pm - 3:30pm
|
Afternoon Snack
|
After nap/quiet time, we wash our hands and eat our
snacks.
|
3:30pm - 6:00pm
|
Free Play
|
Children may choose from a variety of toys or we may go
outside to play.
|
6:00pm - 7:00pm
|
Supper Time/Free Play
|
Children may select toys, books, puzzles, etc. on their
own while I prepare supper. At times they may even help
with the preparation of supper.

7:00pm - 7:30pm
|
Free Play
|
Children may choose from a variety of toys or we may go
outside to play.

7:30pm - 8:00pm
|
Evening Snack
|
After free play, we wash our hands and eat our snacks.
